North Kellyville
North Kellyville was rezoned in December 2008.
It was one of the first release Precincts in the Growth Centres and the first in the North West Growth Centre to be placed on exhibition via the Precinct Planning process.
The North Kellyville Precinct is approximately 707 hectares and is bounded by Smalls Creek to the west, Cattai Creek along the east and north, and Samantha Riley Drive to the south.
The Precinct will accommodate a minimum of 4,500 dwellings. North Kellyville benefits from being close to existing residential areas and the new Rouse Hill Town Centre.

Land for a potential 4,500 new dwellings in Sydney's north west has been planned and rezoned for development.
The Government Gazette of 19 December 2008 formally rezoned North Kellyville by making an Amendment to State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006 (the Growth Centres SEPP).
The North Kellyville Precinct is the first Precinct within the North West Growth Centre to be completely planned, exhibited and rezoned via the Government's successful Precinct Planning Process.
A public exhibition of the draft Precinct Plans was held in May and June 2008. Feedback during this process has led to the rezoning in Sydney's North West, an action that will have a significant effect on housing affordability.
The rezoning was accompanied by a Development Control Plan. The Hills Shire Council finalised its s94 Contributions Plan early in 2009. This means these lots will ready to be developed.
